6. Payments and Billing
Subscriptions and billing are handled via Polar. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize recurring charges as applicable to your plan.
All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with advance notice.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time.
Upon termination, your access to services will cease immediately.
Provisions regarding intellectual property and liability shall survive termination.
8. Disclaimers
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for purpose. AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for reviewing outputs before use.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Hyyve be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the past 12 months.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Germany.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting updated terms on our website.
Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
